Calicops is a specialized WordPress Web Agency focusing on performance, design, and stability. We specialize in:
Website Design & Redesign (primarily WordPress)

Specific services, deliverables, and timelines will always be outlined in separate Proposals, Contracts, or Statements of Work (SOWs) tailored for each client.
To ensure the effective, timely delivery of services, clients agree to:
Provide accurate, timely, and complete information relevant to the project scope.
Supply necessary credentials or access to platforms (e.g., WordPress admin, cPanel/Hosting, domain registrar, analytics tools).
Approve deliverables, provide necessary content, and give feedback within agreed-upon timelines.
Respect and uphold agreed payment terms.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay project timelines or impact the effectiveness of the delivered solution.
All fees are communicated in writing prior to engagement.
Payments must be made according to the invoicing schedule specified in the contract or agreement.
Late payments may result in the suspension of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.
Service fees do not include third-party subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, or premium software costs unless explicitly stated in the SOW.
The Cat Fund Pledge: 10% of all gross earnings generated from client contracts are dedicated to the Calicops Cat Fund for the care and feeding of stray cats, as detailed in our mission statement.
Due to the labor-intensive nature of custom web development and digital services, all fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Clients may cancel retainer or ongoing services with written notice as per the specific contract terms.
Any work already completed or resources committed prior to the notice of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
While Calicops leverages specialized WordPress expertise and proven development strategies, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue targets, sales volumes, or specific search engine rankings). Website performance is influenced by external factors beyond our control, including client-side content quality, third-party plugin functionality, and market conditions. We guarantee our effort and technical competence, not specific financial results.
All original creative content, custom code, designs, and strategies developed by Calicops remain our intellectual property until full payment for the associated deliverables has been received.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables created specifically for their business.
Calicops reserves the right to showcase non-confidential client work as part of our portfolio or case studies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We respect and rigorously protect our clients’ confidential information. Any sensitive data shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties except as strictly required to perform services or when mandated by law.
Calicops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services within the three (3) months prior to the claim.
Our services rely extensively on the WordPress ecosystem, including third-party themes, plugins, and hosting providers. Calicops is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, or platform-side issues (e.g., hosting outages, plugin vulnerabilities) that are beyond our direct control.
